  • Type the text preferred, and then click anywhere to remove the cursor.
  • Click once above the GetAddress(1) box.
  • To enter the text, click the Label button at the top of the screen.
  • This will shorten the GetAddress(1) box to allow for the "Current Resident" text.
  • Click and hold the top center dot (highlighted below) and move your mouse button down slightly.
  • Click once on the GetAddress(1) box to select it.

  • To see your updated labels, click Run Selected Report, select a list, and then preview your labels.

  • You will want to be sure you can see the entire box in the detail area.
  • Use the arrow keys to move the text box around as needed.

  • Double click the GetAddress(1) text box to access the Report Expression window.
